Sensory processing disorder (SPD) presents challenges for individuals of all ages. In essence, SPD deals with the brain interprets sensory stimuli from the environment. This leads to individuals with SPD may experience sensations differently than others. Several common symptoms of SPD include: Heightened sensitivity to sounds, lights, texture
